Energy Performance

An Energy Performance Certificate

is required for the sale or rental of a

Property. The EPC is intended to inform

potential buyers or tenants about the energy

performance of a building. Once the survey is

complete, a certificate is issued showing the

Energy Rating, CO2 Rating and a list of cost

based measures to enhance the performance

together with an indication of potential savings.

The Commercial EPC is required for premises

offered for Sale or Rent. It is the responsibility of the

Vendor or Landlord to make available the Certificate to

potential buyers or tenants. Our Commercial Energy

Assessors can provide your Level 3, 4 or 5 EPC within

three working days at a cost that is both competitive and

realistic, also, Display EPCs are available for Public

Buildings.The Commercial EPC is combined with a report

outlining how the property's efficiency can be improved.
